Vision

Minato Bronx was founded by Executive Chef Luigi Ghidetti and Entrepreneur Mark Lu with a fundamental focus on creating community-forged experiences. We believe that lovingly-prepared homemade dishes along with a beautiful ambiance form the base for a wonderful outing. Adding kind service from locally hired team staff, we want you to come back and become one of our Family and Friends members.

Team

We build local teams for each hospitality venue. Each team staff is hired not just by his/her skills but also by his/her characters, particularly honesty and kindness. Many team staff join the service and grow their skills and positions along with the venue from the very beginning.
