Friends & Family Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
Friends & Family Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the participation in and use of the Friends and Family loyalty program (“Program”) offered by Porto Salvo and its partners (“Restaurant”)
Membership Eligibility:
- Membership in the Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Membership is free and available to patrons making purchases at participating restaurants within our network.
Earning points:
- Members earn points for qualifying purchases made at participating restaurants.
- Points are earned based on the membership tier: 1 point per $1 for Friends and Family, 2 points per $1 for Plus, and 3 points per $1 for All Access
- Points are accrued after completion of the transaction and cannot be earned on taxes, tips, discounts, or promotional offers.
Membership Tiers and Benefits:
- Members progress through tiers based on qualifying purchases and may unlock enhanced benefits associated with each tier.
- Benefits, discounts, and offerings vary across tiers and are subject to change at the discretion of the Restaurant
Redeeming Rewards:
- Members can redeem accumulated points for rewards within the program.
- Rewards may include discounts, complimentary items, exclusive access to events, and other offerings, as specified within the program.
Membership Account:
- Members must maintain an active account (1 transaction per year) to accrue and redeem points.
- Points do not expire as long the account kept active
- Accounts are non-transferable and should not be shared with others.
Program Changes and Termination:
- The Restaurant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
- Members will be notified of any significant changes to the Program via email, text message, or through the Program’s website.
Privacy Policy:
- Member information collected through the Program will be used solely for Program-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- By participating in the Program, members agree to the Restaurant’s privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability:
- The Restaurant is not liable for any errors, omissions, or interruptions related to the Program’s operation.
Acceptance of Terms:
By enrolling in the Program, members accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Porto Salvo and partners reserves the right to interpret and enforce these terms and conditions at its discretion.
If the member violates the terms and conditions or behaves a in way unacceptable (as determined by Porto Salvo and partners), they forfeit any rights or benefits provided by the program.
